CCR4 (C-C chemokine receptor type 4), a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, preferentially expressed by CD4+ Th2 (type 2 helper T) cells, which acts as a high affinity receptor for the chemokines MDC (macrophage-derived chemokine), MCP-1, MIP-1, RANTES and TARC.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot nd Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: Neat. 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul.
ELISA: 1:10,000-1:30,000
Western Blot: 1:100-1:500
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin, frozen): 1:50-1:100 for paraffin sections.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
