CCR7 (C-C chemokine receptor type 7, CC-CKR-7, C-C CKR-7, CCR-7, CD197, CDw197, CMKBR7, EBI1, EBV-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1)

CCR7, or C-C chemokine receptor type 7, is a G protein-coupled, seven-transmembrane domain receptor protein. Originally identified as the EBV-induced gene-1 (1), CCR7 was later found to be the receptor for the chemokines CCL21 (SLC, 6Ckine, Exodus-2) (3) and CCL19 (MIP-3b, Exodus-3, ELC) (4). CCR7 is expressed in lymphoid tissues and activated B and T lymphocytes (2). It is up-regulated in B cells infected with Epstein-Barr virus and T cells infected with Herpes virus 6 or 7 (4).\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:20\nWestern Blotting: 1:500\n\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
