The human CCR8 chemokine receptor is a member of the rhodopsin superfamily of G protein-coupled receptors that span the cell membrane with seven hydrophobic transmembrane domains. CCR8, also known as TER1, ChemR1, and CKR-L1, is the receptor for the chemokine CCL1 (I-309). Three virally encoded ligands, vMIP-I, vMIP-II and vMCC-I, can also interact with the CCR8 receptor.3 CCR8 expression has been reported on peripheral blood monocytes, thymocytes and on Th2 polarized T cells.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nHybridoma:\nFusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with BaF/3 cells transfected with human CCR8.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
