Lipopolysaccharide-inducible CC chemokine receptor (LCCR) is a 7TM chemokine receptor-like protein that is expressed on macrophages, glial cells, and mast cells at inflammatory sites. LCCR functions as a receptor for Chemerin, CCL2, 5, 7, and 8. Mouse LCCR shares 49%, 70% aa sequence identity with human and rat LCCR, respectively.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells
Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml
