CD10 is a 100kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein, also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: (same/less than)0.5ug/10e5 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
