CD101 is a 140kD homodimeric cell surface glycoprotein expressed primarily by monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD101 plays a major role in the activation of T cells by skin dendritic cells.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels of a 1:50-1:100 working dilution to 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistochemistry: frozen
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
