CD102 (CD102 Antigen, Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 2, ICAM 2, ICAM2, ICAM-2, Ly60) (Low Endotoxin)

Murine CD102 is a glycosylated cell surface protein that is broadly expressed on most leukocytes and is constitutively expressed on endothelial cells. CD102 interacts with the CD11a/CD18 integrin LFA-1. Reports suggest that CD102 may play a role in lymphocyte re-circulation and T-cell activation.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Functional Activity and Immunoprecipitation . Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution: \nFlow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200 Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.\nOptimal dilution determined by the researcher\n\nEndotoxin Level: \n<0.01 EU/ug\n\nHybridoma: \nSpleen cells from immunized Lewis rats were fused with cells of the Mouse P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line..\n\nRecommended Secondary Reagents: \nF(ab')2 Goat anti rat IgG:FITC (mouse adsorbed) \nF(ab')2 Goat anti rat IgG:RPE (mouse adsorbed)\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
