CD105 (Endoglin, gp160, TGF beta1,3 Receptor)

CD105 is also known as endoglin. It is a glycoprotein homodimer of 95kD subunits. CD105 is a cell surface antigen. It is expressed by endothelial cells, activated monocytes and some leukemia cells.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:25. Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul.\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
