CD105 (Endoglin, gp160, TGF beta1,3 Receptor) (PE)

Cat no: C2446-50E3

CD105 (Endoglin, gp160, TGF beta1,3 Receptor) (PE)

Human CD105 (endoglin) is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein virtually restricted to endothelial cells, and present on some leukemia cells and minor subsets of bone marrow cells. CD105 binds to TGF-b1 and b3 with high affinity.\n\nFunctional Application: Antibody will augment binding of TGF-b1 to CD105 expressing leukemia cells.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
