CD11a (Leukocyte Function Associated Antigen, LFA-1, Integrin aL)

Applications:\nStaining and blocking antibody. For staining, use 10ul/10e6 cells. This antibody will block signaling through the CD11a molecule. Titer for blocking should be determined by the investigator.\n\nReconstitution:\nReconstitute with 0.5ml of dH2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
