The CD11b receptor is expressed as a surface molecule by circulating monocytes and granulocytes and by dendritic reticulum cells in sections of lymphoid tissue. Expression is upregulated by inflammatory mediators. Antigen distribution: Granulocytes > 97% Monocytes > 95% LGL cells 58+ 17% Peripheral blood lymphocytes 10 + 5% T cells (CD3+) < 1% B cells (CD20+) < 1% Thymocytes < 1%.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with 1ml ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
