CD11b is a 170kD glycoprotein, also known as aM integrin, Mac-1 alpha subunit, Mol, CR3, or Ly-40. CD11b is a member of the integrin family, primarily expressed on granulocytes, monocytes/macrophages, NK cells, and some T and B cells. The M1/70 antibody can block CD11b-mediated cellular adhesion. This antibody is also cross-reactive with human CD11b. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: (same/less than)0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
