Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nFlow Cytometry: Neat-1:10\nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nHybridoma:\nSpleen cells from immunized DA rats were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line\n\nRecommended Negative Control:\nI1904-84L: IgG2b Negative Control (PE)\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C. Reconstitute by adding sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 degrees C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes canine CD45. Immunoprecipitates antigen of 180/200kD from Con-A blasts (1). Expressed on all leukocytes in canine peripheral blood. Crossreactivity: all outbred mongrels and beagles tested.
