Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA) is expressed by a functional subset of T cells with memory phenotype. LCA is present on 40-80% of lymphocytes, all monocytes and granulocytes in peripheral blood.\n\nApplications:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen, Paraffin\nImmunoprecipitation \nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nFlow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. \nImmunohistochemistry: This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections.This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Recommended positive control tissue: Tonsil.\n\nRecommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP, F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate\n\nFusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3/NS1/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cell line.\n\nRecommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
