Cat no: C2441-04B

CD90 (THY1.1)

The Thy-1 antigen is found on a variety of cell types including thymocytes, neuronal cells, T-Lymphocytes (mouse), stem cells and immature B cells (rat) and connective tissue.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution: \nFlow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.\nOptimal dilution determined by the researcher. \n\nHybridoma: \nSpleen cells of immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Additional Info

Recognizes mouse and rat CD90, also known as Thy1.1. Thy1.1 is a monomorphic determinant in rat but polymorphic in mice. Thus clone MRC OX-7 reacts with Thy1.1 mice e.g. AKR and FVB mice, but not Thy1.2 mice such as CBA and BALB/c.\n
