Chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 5 (CHD5), is a 1954 aa transcription factor belonging to the SNF2/Rad54 helicase family. Research indicates that CHD5 may play a role in the development of the nervous system and it has hypothesized that CHD5 is involved in the pathogenesis of neural tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:64,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
