Cellular Localization: Cell Membrane and Cytoplasmic Applications: Suitable for use in AP, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. Additional info: Reacts specifically with the clathrin light chain. The epitope recognized by the antibody resides within amino acids 23-44 of bovine clathrin light chains, LCa and LCb. This region is not involved in heavy chain binding, and is completely conserved in all mammals. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, bovine and S. cerevisiae. Not yet tested in other species.
