Reacts specifically with the clathrin light chain. The epitope recognized by the antibody resides within amino acids 23-44 of bovine clathrin light chains, LCa and LCb. This region is not involved in heavy chain binding, and is completely conserved in all mammals. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, bovine and S. cerevisiae. Not yet tested in other species. |
