Chloride channels are a group of proteins that function in the regulation of fundamental cellular processes including the stabilization of cell membrane potential, regulation of cell volume, regulation of intracellular pH etc. CLIC4 is expressed in a range of tissues including the heart, placenta and skeletal muscle.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

ELISA: 1:62500
Western Blot: 2.5ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 20ug/ml

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
