Decoy Receptor 3 (DcR3) is a TNFR superfamily member (TNFRSF6B) that lacks a transmembrane domain. It is a secreted molecule that exerts a regulatory function by competing with other TNF receptor superfamily members for binding to Fas Ligand, GITR Ligand, LIGHT and TL1A.
