SLD5 is a member of the GINS complex (PSF1, PSF2, PSF3 and SLD5) and regulates DNA replication in yeast. In mammals, SLD5 also forms complexes with PSF1, PSF2 and PSF3. SLD5 also marks teratoma stem cells. Moreover, SLD5 expression is observed in aggressive melanoma.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
