Additional Information

FAM59A is a recently identified intracellular protein belonging to the FAM59 family. It contains one SAM (sterile alpha motif) domain. Alternative splicing result shows that it has three isoforms. The function of FAM59A is yet unknown. It is widely expressed in many tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: HCT-116 cell lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
