Human D-dimer (DD), a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, is released into the bloodstream during clot breakdown. It is used as an indicator of a blood clots, venous thromboses or pulmonary embolisms.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
P3X63-Ag8-6.5.3 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
