FGF 10 signals through binding to the FGF Receptor (FGFR) 2b, and has structural and biological activities similar to that of FGF 7. Defects in FGF 10 are responsible for the autosomal dominant disorders known as lacrimo-auriculo-dento-digital syndrome (LADDS), and aplasia of lacrimal and salivary glands (ALSG). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-2.0ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: Rabbit Anti Goat IgG (Fc) FITC, HRP Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at-20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with 100ul dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
