Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:12,800 (0.078ug/ml) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Amino Acid Sequence: Thr-Ser-Arg-Phe-Leu-Cys-Gln-Arg-Pro-Asp-Gly-Ala-Leu-Tyr-Gly-Ser-Leu-His-Phe-Asp-Pro-Glu-Ala-Cys-Ser-Phe-Arg Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
