Fibronectin is an extracellular matrix component that exists in different alternately spliced isoforms. Fibronectin mediates cell adhesion in its insoluble state but not as a soluble molecule. Fibronectins play a role in cell adhesion, migration, differentiation, and specific gene expression.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, PBS.. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
