Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, paraffin Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Pituitary gland Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Additional info: Recognizes the Beta 2 epitope of the Beta subunit of the human Follicle Stimulating Hormone. Reacts strongly hFSH and beta-hFSH. Does not crossreact with hTSH, hLH, hCG, alpha-hCG or alpha-hFSH. The recognition site is located near the alpha 1 binding site on the human FSH molecule. Not compatible with other anti-hFSH-beta antibodies.
