FOXD3 (Forkhead box D3) belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain (reviewed in 1). The human FOX gene family consists of at least 43 members, and deregulation of FOX family genes can lead to congenital disorders, diabetes mellitus, or carcinogenesis. FOXD3 is also known as HFH2, Genesis or _LOC388638. Human FOXD3 is a 478kD protein.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
