Applications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: Reacts with human Hepatitis C Virus core protein, and no reaction with HCV non-structure protein. \nWestern Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml will allow visualization of 0.1ug/lane of recombinant CPC+EPM (core), 0.5ug/lane synthetic CPC and 0.1ug/lane recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein. Under both reducing and non-reducing conditions.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
