Histone H2A.Z

Recombinant human histone H2A.Z produced in E. coli\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Enzymatic Assays and MS Tryptic Fingerprint. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions: Enzymatic Assay: 0.5-5ug/assay point. Can be used as a substrate for in vitro enzymatic reactions, such as acetylation by PCAF or p300 HAT Domain. \n\nMS Tryptic Fingerprint: Confirmed identity as histone H2A.Z with 24% amino acid coverage.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
