Histone H2B, Recombinant, Human

Recombinant human histone H2B produced in E. coli, purified using FPLC. \n\nMr ~15kD\n \nApplication(s): \nEnzymatic Assay: Histone H2B can be used as substrate for in vitro enzymatic reactions, such as acetylation by PCAF. Use 0.5-5ug per assay point.\n\nQuality Control\nSDS-PAGE and Coomassie Stain:\nPurity was assessed by SDS- PAGE and Coomassie blue staining using 1ug of Histone H2B.\n\nStorage and Stability: \nLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O or aqueous buffer. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
