Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen\nFlow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.\n\nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nRecommended Positive Control:\nTonsil\n\nRecommended Negative Controls: \nMouse IgG2a Negative Control\n\nRecommended Secondary Reagents: \nF(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP, F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate\n\nFusion Partners: \nSpleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1/1-Ag4.1 myeloma cell line.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional Info

Recognizes an antigenic determinant shared among products of the HLA A, B and C loci. The antibody recognizes virtually all nucleated human cells. Species Crossreactivity: Clone is reported to crossreact with Rhesus macaque (4), bovine (4), feline (5), Cynomolgus monkey (6) and baboon (7).
