HLA Class 1 Antigen G (FITC)

HLA-G belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. It is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin). The heavy chain is anchored in the membrane. HLA-G is expressed on fetal derived placental cells\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:500\nELISA: 1:2000\nImmunocytochemistry: 5ug/ml \nImmunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200\nImmunoprecipitation: 1:50\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only.
