HLA Class 2 Antigen DP, DQ, DR (PE)

he major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In humans, this complex is referred to as the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region. There are 3 major MHC class II proteins encoded by the HLA which are HLA DP, HLA DQ and HLA DR.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nFlow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nHybridoma:\nSpleen cells from an immunized BALB/c mouse were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.\n\nRecommended Negative Control: \nI1904-84B2: IgG2a Negative Control, Murine (PE)\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4C. Stable for 12 months at 4 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at 4C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes a monomorphic determinant common to DP, DQ and DR beta chains, which are expressed by antigen presenting cells, B cells, monocytes and activated T lymphocytes.
