Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen, Paraffin.\nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nRecommended Secondary Reagents (Flow Cytometry): \nF(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: FITC (mouse adsorbed), F(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed)\n\nRecommended Secondary Reagents (Immunohistochemistry): \nGoat anti-rat IgG: HRP (mouse adsorbed)\n\nRecommended Negative Controls: \nRat IgG2a Negative Control (for human)\nRat IgG2a Negative Control (for mouse)\n\nHybridoma: \nSpleen cells from immunized AO rats were fused with cells of the rat Y3 Ag1.2.3 myeloma cell line.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes a monomorphic determinant of human HLA-DR antigen (MHC class II), expressed by B lymphocytes, activated T cells and by monocytes. Reacts with paraffin embedded material following PLP (periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) fixation. Tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Species Crossreactivity: mouse halplotypes b, d and q.
