HLA Class 2 Antigen DR

This antibody may be used as an aid to distinguish "common form" of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) from the thymic (or T) ALL.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections). Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Reacts with a monomorphic determinant on the HLA-DR molecule. Reacts with human B cells, monocytes and activated T cells. It also detects a cross reacting polymophic determinant on mouse H-2 I-A molecules. Reacts with alpha and beta chain, with isolated alpha chain, but not with isolated beta chain. Recognizes cells of B cell CLL and AML but not cells of thymic or T-CLL. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human and Mouse.
