ImmPACT™ AMEC Red utilizes Vector Laboratories’ ImmPACT™ technology to generate a crisper, brighter red reaction product that is 5 -10 times more sensitive than conventional AEC substrates and can be used as a single label or as a second color for multiple antigen labeling.
ImmPACT™ AMEC Red can be used for both manual and automated staining methods.
Stained slides must be aqueously mounted because the reaction product is soluble in organic solvents.
Precipitated ImmPACT™ AMEC Red is stable for at least 2 years when mounted in VectaMount™ AQ (H-5501).
