Interleukin 10R, alpha (CD210, IL-10R, IL-10RA, Interleukin-10 receptor subunit alpha, CDw210a, Interleukin-10 receptor subunit 1, IL-10R1) (PE)

CD210 is expressed on T cells, NK cells, monocytes and dendritic cells, although surface expression may be low. Recent work has reported an increase in intracellular expression of CD210 during dendritic cell maturation, but a reduction in surface CD210 expression (3). This clone is reported to function as a blocking antibody. \n \nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: neat-1:5 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
