ITGB1 (Integrin, beta 1, Fibronectin Receptor Subunit beta, CD29, VLA-4 Subunit beta) (PerCP)

The integrins are a family of cell-surface adhesion molecules that mediate cell-cell and cell-matrix protein interactions. Integrins are non-covalently linked heterodimers of alpha (a) and beta (b) subunits. Multiple a and b subunits have been identified that can associate to form different integrin receptor dimers. Each integrin has a specific ligand-binding repertoire and a unique biological function. The Integrin b1 subunit is also known as CD29 or VLA-b.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nHybridoma:\nFusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant mouse Integrin b1 extracellular domain.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
