JAM-C (Junctional Adhesion Molecule C, JAM-2, Junctional Adhesion Molecule 3, JAM-3)

Junctional adhesion molecule C is an adhesion molecule found at endothelial intracellular junctions that plays a role in leukocyte transendothelial migration and other inflammatory events. JAM-C seems to be important in the pathophysiology of pancreatitis and therefore could be a promising clinical target. JAM-C expression has been shown to be increased when T lymphocytes are activated. Research has shown that controlling JAM-C may also be a way of controlling pathological angiogenesis.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 0.05ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control:\nHuman brain tissue lysate\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
