KCNA4 (Potassium Voltage-gated Channel Subfamily A Member 4, HPCN2, HuKII, HBK4, HK1, Voltage-gated Potassium Channel Subunit Kv1.4)

Voltage gated channels are tetrameters composed of four alpha-subunits arranged around a central pore. Each alphasubunit consists of six transmembrane segments with cytoplasmic NH2 and COOH-termini. Members of the KV1- KV4 subfamilies generate functional K+ channels in a homotetrameric configuration (3).\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunofluorescence: 1-10ug/ml\nWestern Blot: 1ug/ml\nImmunohistochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml\nImmunocytochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
