Leo1 is one of four subunits of the Paf complex, which has been shown to aid in the regulation of transcriptional elongation, histone methylation and RNA processing in yeast.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nWestern Blot: 1:1000-1:5000\nImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:1000-1:5000. Epitope retrieval with Tris-EDTA pH 9.0 is recommended\nImmunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:1000-1:5000. \nImmunofluorescence (IC): 1:500-1:2500\nImmunoprecipitation: 2-8ug/mg lysate\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
