One of the major signaling pathways used by eukaryotic cells to translate extracellular signals into cellular responses is the MAP (mitogen-activated protein) kinase cascade. So far, four MAPK subgroups (ERK, ERK5, JNK and p38) have been identified in humans. ERK, extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2 are growth factor-sensitive serine/threonine kinases.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control:\nHuman Brain lysates, Kidney fibroblast HEK293 lysates and epidermoid fibroblast A431 lysates\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
