Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 1,5,000-1:20,000.\nImmunoprecipitation: 1:50. \nFlow Cytometry: 1:50\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. \n\nQuality Control Testing\nImmunoblot Analysis: A 1:20,000 dilution of this antibody detected MKK3 in lysates from Jurkat, HeLa, MCF-7 and K652 cells. Immunoprecipitation: A 1:50 dilution of this antibody immunoprecipitated MKK3 using protein G:agarose beads. Flow Cytometry: 1:50 dilution of this antibody was used for FACS analysis. Immunoblot Analysis: Lysates from Jurkat, HeLa, MCF-7 and K652 cells (lanes 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-MKK3 NT (1:20,000). Proteins were visualized using goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Arrow indicates phospho-MKK3 (40kDa).
