For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. \n\nQuality Control Testing\nImmunoblot Analysis: A 1:10,000 dilution of this antibody detected MKK6 in lysates from HeLa cells. Immunoprecipitation: A 1:50 dilution of this antibody immunoprecipitated MKK6 using protein G:agarose beads. Immunoblot Analysis: Lysates from HeLa cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to Immobilon-P and probed with anti-MKK6 (1:10,000). Proteins were visualized using goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Arrow indicates MKK6 (36kD).
