Applications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunoblot Analysis: 0.1-1ug/ml detects pMAPK in RIPA lysates from EGF-stimulated human A431 carcinoma cells. Non-stimulated A431 and EGF-stimulated A431 cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-pMAPK (0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. \n\nImmunoprecipitation: Use 1-10ug per immunoprecipitation. \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Antigen Control: \nEGF-stimulated A431 lysate. Use 20ug per lane for minigels. Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
