Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWetsren Blot: 1:1000.\nImmunoprecipitation: 1:50\nFlow Cytometry: 1:50\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:50 \nImmunofluorescence: 1:50-1:100\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. \n\nQuality Control Testing\nImmunoblot Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution of this lot detected endogenous MEKK2 in lysates from HeLa cells. Immunoprecipitation: A 1:50 dilution of this antibody immunoprecipitated MEKK2 using protein G:agarose beads. Flow Cytometry: A 1:60 dilution of this antibody stained cells for intracellular staining for flow Cytometry analysis. Immunohistochemistry: A 1:50 dilution of this antibody was used in immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffinembedded human breast carcinoma using the anti-MEKK2 CT. Immunfluorescence Staining: 1:150-1:100 of this antibody was used for Immunfluorescence staining of paraformaldehyde fixed cells. Immunoblot Analysis: Lysates from HeLa were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-MEKK2 CT (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using goat antirabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Arrow indicates MEKK2 (70kD).
