The United States Biological Myeloperoxidase, Human, BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit test system is designed to detect IgG class antibodies to MPO in human serum. Wells of plastic microwell strips are sensitized by passive absorption with MPO antigen. \n \nKit Components:\nEach kit contains the following components in sufficient quantities to perform the number of tests indicated on the package label.\n1. Microtiter Plate: 1X96wells\n2. IgGy, Goat x human (HRP): 1X15ml\n3. Positive control: 1X350ul\n4. Calibrator: 1X500ul\n5. Negative Control: 1X350ul\n6. Sample Diluent: 1X30ml\n7. Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB): 1x15ml\n8. Stop Solution:1X15ml\n9. Wash Buffer, 10X: 1X100ml\n\nStorage and Stability:\nStore all components at 4 degrees C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
