Myosin is composed of 2 heavy chains of about 200,000 daltons each and 4 light chains of about 20,000 daltons each. Southern blots of a panel of hybrids containing different portions of human chromosome 16 localized the gene to 16p13.13-p13.12.\n\nUniProt Number:\nHuman(P35749), Mouse(O08638), Rat(Q63862)\n\nGene ID:\nMYH11 \n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and Frozen).\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Handling:\nStore at -20?C for one year. After reconstitution, store at 4?C for one month. Can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20?C for long term.\nAvoid repeated freezing and thawing. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
