Recombinant Human OCIF produced in E. coli cells is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids 201-401 and having a molecular mass of 31kD which includes a 4kD His tag. The OPG is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot and antibody production. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with PBS, 0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
