Source: \nRecombinant corresponding to mouse Platelet Derived Growth Factor BB expressed in E. coli.\n\nMolecular Weight: \n~25kD \n\nEndotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug\n\nBiological Activity:\nED50 range=1-5ng/ml, determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of BALB/c 3T3 cells. The optimal concentration for each specific application should be determined by an initial dose-response assay.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nLyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 100mM acetic acid, 0.1% BSA, aliquot and store at (same/less than)- 20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
